Refund policy

Returns
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on products purchased from our website. However, in exceptional cases we may offer customers to return the product only if they place the return request via email within 24 hours of the delivery of the product. If we receive emails after 24 hours of window once the product is delivered, we reserve the right to not accept your return request.

Due to nature of the products we are not providing returns, replacement or exchange of any kind. 

Do remember to include complete order details, a proper invoice, image of the shipping label, images of front & back and a video(if applicable) of the product in the email that you send to return your product. Moreover, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Approved items are eligible for Returns with in 1 day of delivery. We will inspect and refund the amount to the source as per refund policy.

Do note, that once the return request is approved, we will raise a reverse pickup of the items you received, in case of failed reverse pickup, we reserve the right to cancel the return request.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request for refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in case your order was a prepaid order, within a 15 days of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
To return your product, you should raise the return request on our portal within 24 hours of the product delivery. The product will be picked up from your doorstep.  
However, if in extraordinary case you may need to ship the product then you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
