Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders received in time will be shipped and delivered  within 3 business days, excluding holidays through express delivery. 

All orders placed on holidays, weekends, or other holidays recognized by Crayonvista Technologies & Innovations LLP will be shipped within 4 business days.

In rare cases due to unforeseen events, (e.g. extreme weather, unusual spikes, etc.), these shipment-processing times may be delayed.

If your purchase has not reached its shipping destination by a reasonable duration of time, please contact us for further investigation.

CANCELLING THE ORDER: 

You cannot cancel your order:
1. two days after placing your order.
2. Once the order is fulfilled.

To cancel any order, just login and you will see an option to cancel, edit or reorder that particular order. 

RETURNING THE ORDER

You must first receive the order.

Confirm to our customer service team via telephonically or via email that you are returning the product.

Upon confirmation from our team, return the item.

As soon as we receive the order and find it eligible for the refund as per the Return & Refund policy of ours, we will refund the cost of your item less the return shipping fee.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

We send all orders via reputed courier partners. You can log on to https://ketones.in/account/login and check the details of the shipment and courier partner.

Proof of signature may not be possible for all deliveries. It is the responsibility of the customer to be available for receipt of the package. In the event that the customer is not available, the package may be left at the destination address at the discretion of the carrier.

GENERAL

Ketones Nutrition will fulfill your order in a timely and efficient manner. However, if the package is returned to us for any reason you will still be responsible for the original shipping fees charged to you.

PRODUCT REFUSAL

If your package is refused at the destination and subsequently returned to us, we will not refund the amount of your order in case the prepaid payment was made for the product.
